Chiropractor Howie was born in Iowa where he attended both the University of Iowa and Palmer College of Chiropractic; receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 1998 and his doctorate in chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2002. He belongs to the Delta Sigma Chi chiropractic fraternity, the Foundation for the Advancement of Chiropractic Education, the Garden State Chiropractic Society, the Georgia Council of Chiropractic and other chiropractically based organizations. He currently serves as the Vice-Chairman for The Chiropractic Trust, which is a national chiropractic organization that promotes and protects chiropractors that practice in the non-therapeutic model. He is also a member of the Tupelo BNI (Business Networking International) group, the Tupelo Luncheon Civitan, and Team National.
After graduation Chiropractor Howie moved to Mississippi to work with Mark Romano, D.C. to further his understanding of running a pure, unadulterated, non-therapeutic cash practice. After working to develop the principles of running a successful practice he opened his own office in Tupelo, MS at the beginning of 2008.
Chiropractor Howie has advanced training in chiropractic philosophy and the art of the chiropractic adjustment. He teaches other chiropractors across the country how to adjust, when to adjust and why to adjust. He has lectured at various schools on the principles of running a successful practice based upon the philosophy of chiropractic. He helps guide other chiropractors in how to run their own offices based on the philosophy. In the near future he plans to teach muscle palpation seminars to help refine the skills of students and practitioners in the field. Further plans include spreading his vision of chiropractic by establishing Spinal Adjustment Facilities, lecturing on the importance of chiropractic and its philosophy and teaching the fundamentals of establishing and running successful practices all over the country and the world.
Chiropractor Howie is available to speak to groups on the importance of chiropractic and regular spinal care to help enhance all qualities of life.
